Guiarbox offers DIY multifunctional addon kits for electric guitars. These kits require basic soldering and routing for installation. An installation guide is included with every kit.

Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, Guiarbox does not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns, except in cases where shipments are lost or the product arrives damaged.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery for lost or damaged shipments. For damaged items, photographic evidence of the damaged product (not just the packaging) is required. Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse is not eligible for refund. If the claim is verified, a full refund will be issued.

Lost Packages
Guiarbox requires customers to notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if their package has not arrived. For lost package claims, customers should:

• Provide proof of non-delivery from the shipping carrier if available.

• Check with neighbors or their local post office to confirm the package was not received on their behalf.
  Please note that the shipping address provided at the time of order is final. Guiarbox is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. Refunds for lost packages will only be issued after Guiarbox and the carrier confirm that the package was not delivered.

 

Shipping
We currently ship to Korea, the United States, Hong Kong, Canada, Japan, and Singapore. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
Orders are fulfilled in batches after pre-ordering, with processing and shipping times of up to one month. The exact processing time and scheduled shipping dates are provided on the individual store item pages. Customers with registered accounts will receive email notifications once their orders have shipped.
